The amount of fee may differ from agency to agency so make sure for each of them.
You have to enclose a cheque or a postal order of said amount with the application.
Once you have received your credit file, it is your foremost duty to check it thoroughly for any possible errors.
If at any point you feel that the information given in the file is incorrect, you can contact to the agency and explain to them the reason why you think that the entry is wrong or incorrect and ask them to remove it from your file.
