- 1). Go to the AvaLine section of the Second Life Knowledge Base and retrieve an AvaLine access number local to your country or city.
- 2). Dial the number using your cell phone. Make certain that you dial the complete number including any country codes and prefixes. The system will say, "Welcome to Second Life. Please enter your connection code and press pound."
- 3). Enter the connection code given to you by your friend, family member or business colleague, press the pound key (#) and wait for someone to pick up the call. If the Second Life Resident doesn't pick up and has voice mail, leave a message.
