Jennifer Hudson has been able to successfully shed over 80 pounds. Looking at her before and after photos you can see that she really has done a remarkable job with changing her body. She gives credit to her success to the popular Weight Watchers program. 

The fact that Jennifer Hudson has a huge fan base and has been in the public eye for quite some time makes the changes more believable. In fact, there are photos that show her as she slowly went from one size to the next. When she started the Weight Watchers program in 2010, she was a size 16. Today, she wears between a size 6 and a size 8 depending on the clothing brand.

 Many of us agree that celebrities have lots of perks when it comes to weight loss. They can hire people to cook for them and they can hire personal trainers. They can also take months off from their daily routine and focus on just eating right and exercising to transform their bodies. In reality, most of us can't pay people to cook and to help us work out. We can barely fit in a 30 minute workout so exercising for hours a day isn't going to be in the cards.

She also stated that she is happy with her weight at this point and has no plans to lose any more. However, she also doesn't want to gain back what she has already lost.
