Towels

  Generally, beach towels are larger, but made of thinner fabric, than the typical shower towel. Though they are not ideal for drying purposes, as usually the sun is designated that task, they do make a generous resting base for anyone lying or sitting in the sand and can provide an aesthetic ambiance.   A good all-purpose unisex sandal can also be a healthy staple to any beach themed gift basket. They can shield the soft tissue at the soles of your feet but also give the general impression of walking barefoot. They wash easily in the ocean and the existence of sand is not nearly as frustrating as with shoes. Also, sizes can be estimated and are not as important as with shoes. A variety of designs and prints are available and prices can be very low.
