How to Make Chocolate Almond Bark
- 1). Break up the chocolate if your baking chocolate comes in the form of a bar. Place chocolate in a double boiler and melt it until creamy.(You can microwave the chocolate to melt it, but I find it scorches easily).
- 2). Stir chocolate making sure it is completely melted. It will be smooth and shiny. Turn off and remove the pot from the heat.

Almonds
Add almonds to the chocolate and stir to combine, making sure almonds are completely covered. - 4). Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and pour mixture onto pan. Spread out evenly but quickly. Make sure the mixture doesn't pool in one section or the other so your pieces end up with an even thickness.
