Writing Homeschool Transcripts - The Solution For Writer"s Block

It's getting down to the wire.
If you're anything like me, the more urgent the writing assignment, the more difficult it is to find the words; and what can be more urgent than transcripts for your homeschooler? Here's my prescription for overcoming writer's block: The first thing you need to do is breathe! Sounds obvious, but regular focused breathing can stimulate our brain in ways that directly impact relaxation, and stress inhibits writing.
So take a moment and stop thinking about transcripts and thing about your breaths.
How long are they? How frequent? Does your chest rise when you breathe? Or does your belly distend? Okay, it felt good to stop thinking about transcripts, I imagine, but you knew you'd have to start thinking about them again, didn't you? But make sure you take regular breaks.
Our greatest time for productivity are the first 30 minutes of activity and the last 30 minutes,; so work for an hour at a time! After that take a break, or try a different activity for an hour.
When you get back to it, you have a brand-new magic hour of productivity to work with.
My last suggestion to make great transcripts and overcome writer's block is to be prepared! Remember those outlines your teachers made you do in school before you wrote a report? I hated making those, but when it came time to actually sit down and write, that outline made the report flow off my pen.
"But", you ask, "I don't have an outline for a homeschool high school transcript.
" Here's where having access an experienced homeschool administrator who has devoted their career to helping someone like yourself be prepared for this daunting task comes in handy.
