Shoe racks are no longer only a place to store your shoes.
Nor are they relegated to the back of the closets.
With all the new designs available, you can now bring it out of the closet and let it take a place of honor in your house.
Coming in all sorts of styles from modern chrome to traditional wood, these racks can be used in any room of your house.
And you need not just think about how it can be used for shoes, think outside the shoebox when it comes to uses.
Nowadays it seems that everyone has way more DVD/games than they have storage room for.
I don't know about you, but my cute little TV stand just doesn't hold nearly as many as I have.
So I was looking for an inexpensive solution for this when it hit me.
Shoe racks have the perfect set up to hold DVD type boxes, and because of their design, it's often easier to remove and put away the DVD than in a traditional media stand.
And with the variety of designs now available, I don't feel ashamed to have it sitting in my living room.
Ok, so we agree that most households have way too many of a few things, including shoes, DVDs, games, and for women, purses.
I know that you can always hang up your purses either on hooks on the wall, on hangers in your closet or you buy one of those specialized purse organizers that cost way too much and rarely work as promised.
Instead, you can just take one of the shoe racks you already own, and put your purses on that.
I personally like to arrange my purses with their matching shoes on the rack.
This way it's all nice and neat in one location.
So as you can see, shoe racks have a large variety of uses other than just a place to store your shoes.
And at today's prices, you can always pick up more than one, and use them in different parts of your room.
So try them, and see how much more organized your house can become.
