Those fonts are arial, verdana, times new roman, georgia, and courier new. If you encouraging your readers to print your eBook, then you better write your eBook in Times New Roman. It is the best font to read in printed format. Otherwise, if you encourage your readers to read your eBook in the computer, you should use an arial type. Arial is the best font to read easily on screen.

If your product is priced at $97.00, the readers are expecting more pages of quality information around 70-80 pages. If your eBook have less than 20 pages, then it's usually considered as "reports" while more than 20 pages is considered "eBooks". Try to reach more pages so your reader will be quite satisfied. Give a reference pages and introduction page. Try to give more example and explanation to have more quality contents.
Third is the page size. Always keep your pages in letter sized. Everyone in Western side of the world are using letter-sized papers. They will prefer to have your eBook in letter sized so they can print your eBook. Unless you are trying to sell your eBook to the Eastern side, then another format like A4 is optional.
