    • 1). Press the bottom right-hand button three times to get the watch ready for "Mode." Once on the setting, choose your preference for time display (12- or 24-hour display.) Press the button once to return to the default time screen and set the watch to your preferred display.

    • 2). Press the upper right-hand button and hold in place. This is the reset button and returns the watch back to the factory default settings. Only press this when you are ready to reset the watch and start all over again with settings and displays.

    • 3). Press the upper left-hand button once until the display time blinks. Press the bottom left- or right-hand button to either go up or down on the hour setting. Press the upper left-hand button once more to move the time adjustment to minutes. Use the left or right bottom buttons to increase or decrease the minutes. Press the left lower button once more to set the time to your newly adjusted settings.

    • 4). Press the left upper button three times to get to the date setting. Use the bottom buttons to increase the day, month and year settings to get the proper date on the watch. Press the upper left button once the date is set.

    • 5). Press the upper left button twice to get to the alarm function. Use the bottom buttons to scroll through the time to set the alarm.

    • 6). Start the stopwatch function by pressing the upper right button once. The stopwatch gets displayed. Press the bottom right button to start the stopwatch and then press it again to stop it.
