- 1). Insert a floppy into the diskette drive.
- 2). From My Computer, access the Control Panel and click "Add/Remove Programs." Then click "Create Startup Disk."
- 3). Follow the prompts and wait for the disk to be finished formatting.
- 4). Once Windows 95 is finished formatting the disk, remove it.
- 5). Reboot the infected computer with the startup disk in the drive.
- 6). The computer will detect the floppy disk drive and allow you to boot into Windows 95.
