End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl," "Shift" and "Escape" to open the Processes tab of the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). End each of the following processes. To end a process, right-click the process and select "End Process."

  pcmm2007.exe
  
  ExeAfter.exe
  
  
• 3). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start," type "regedit" into the search field and press "Enter" to open the Registry Editor.
  
  
• 2). Delete each of the following registry values from the left pane of the Registry Editor. To delete a registry value, right-click the registry value and select "Delete."

• 3). Restart your computer.
