Over 25 years ago, I was introduced to this wonderful word, HU.
I had no idea of the beauty, the peace and the power that goes with it.
"It is for those who desire spiritual love, freedom, wisdom, and truth" Every morning, I sit and sing the HU.
It connects me with the love and guidance of the Holy Spirit.
It helps to bring me into balance.
HU is also used to calm a person down in time of stress.
Maybe you're in a line at the supermarket and the people in front of you are angry.
Chant HU silently to yourself and let the calmness come over you.
You might be in traffic and getting restless.
Again, sing the HU and feel the love surround you.
So many people would love to meet their departed loved ones in their dreams and they don't know how to do it.
Fear and anxiety might be in the way.
Sing the HU for a few minutes before you go to sleep.
If the time is right and it is for the good of all, you might just get your wish! I can remember when I was speaking with a woman from a collection agency many years ago.
As my emotions started to rise, I started to sing "HU.
" I thought I was singing it silently to myself.
In reality, I was singing it out loud.
The woman said to someone else, "she's chanting.
" This went on for another few minutes when again I started to sing "HU," a love song to God.
She ended up saying, "thank you, you made my day.
" This wonderful prayer, the HU.
