Unlocking the Phone

• 1). Open the mobile phone. Press the "End/Power" button to turn the phone on. The "End/Power" button is on the right side of the phone under the "Clear" button.
  
  
• 2). Select the "Unlock" option on the phone's home screen. The home screen is the front screen of the cell phone that includes menu and button options.

  Enter the password in the box provided. This is a four-digit code that is either "0000" or the last four digits of the cell phone number. The phone is unlocked once the correct password has been entered.
  
  

Changing the Lock Code

• 1). Press the "OK" button on the left side of the phone. This will select the "Menu" option.
  
  
• 2). Select "Settings" and the "Security" option. Choose a new password.
  
  
• 3). Enter the four-digit password. Select the "Change Lock Code" option. A prompt will appear confirming the change to the lock code. Select "Yes." Enter the new password again and press "OK." Enter the new password a third time in the provided box.
