How to Remove Adhesive Hooks

    Vinegar

    • 1). Pour a small amount of white vinegar into a bowl. Dip a sponge into the vinegar.

    • 2). Squeeze the sponge to drip the vinegar in between the hook and wall.

    • 3). Let the vinegar sit for a few minutes in order to loosen the adhesive. Carefully pull off the hook.

    Dental Floss

    • 1). Use a blow dryer to heat the adhesive by pointing it at the hook.

    • 2). Slide dental floss in between the hook and wall.

    • 3). Pull the adhesive tab and remove the hook.
