- 1). Locate the crown on the right side of your Seiko wrist watch. Keep an eye on the watch's second hand; pull the watch crown out to the third position when the second hand points to 12 o'clock.
- 2). Rotate the crown clockwise until the watch's hour and minute hands indicated the appropriate time.
- 3). Push the crown of your Seiko watch back in to the first position to complete the setting process.
