All I do is string words together on a page like beads on a necklace.

This is the reason you must use proper English grammar--even on the web where the rules of language are frequently mangled and ignored.

It dictates how words are put together to give them meaning and value.
If a reader can't understand what you are saying because of your poor grammar, how are you going to make the sale? So, if you struggle with grammar, or if English is not your primary language, then consider hiring a professional to write your website content for you.
