- 1). Run a stud finder along the desired installation wall until it beeps or lights up, depending on your model. Mark the location of the stud.
- 2). Measure the spacing of the mounting holes on the back of the monitor with a measuring tape. Use the measurement to order your VESA mount.
- 3). Attach the mounting plate to the stud in the wall, using the screws provided with the kit.
- 4). Attach the VESA brackets to the back of the Dell monitor, inserting the screws into the mounting holes.
- 5). Lift the monitor up and clip the mounting brackets into the wall.
