It is a well-known fact that if you want to memorize something and put it into long-term memory that you need to recall the events, or the facts early and often.
This also goes for those special times in your life that you want to remember also.
The more that you recall them, the easier they will be committed to long-term memory.
We can by recalling stories help our visual memory.
It also helps fill in the blanks for things that you have forgotten.
The only problem with all of this is that once you tell someone else the story, you had better make sure that you have your story right otherwise they will continue to repeat your mistake and so on.
This was very important to ancient cultures and this is how they passed down their stories, tales, religions, and their historical records to their offspring and from their offspring to their predecessors.
If you are to "never forget" those events in your life or those things that important for you to remember, you can do so without pictures or writing, as long as you recall the stories in your memory often.
This is because you are strengthening the connections between your neurons, and to where the information is stored.
One of the best things you can do is to recall in your mind and visual memory immediately after the event occurs all of the details.
Then be sure to do it later in the day, then later in the week, then later in the month, then later in the quarter and later in the year.
This is by far the best method for memorizing stories and events in your life and cementing them into your visual memory.
