Choosing Your Network Marketing Sponsor - Why It"s Crucial to Pick the Right One!

There is a train of thought out in the MLM industry that you should be sponsored into the business by the first person who exposed you to the opportunity.
Well I have news for you, in my personal opinion that is absolutely false.
If you are serious about developing a real business through the vehicle of network marketing than you have to diligently explore what are your available options.
Why is it imperative that you shop for a network marketing sponsor? Your sponsor is going to be your primary conduit initially to what could be a fantastic career within this industry or they could be the reason you never give this industry a fair chance at making a real difference in your life.
The right sponsor is most often not the top recruiter in your company.
A lot of the times what you will find is that the highest recruiting executives within the company are so busy putting the next guy in that they lose sight of the 3 that just dropped out of the business because of lack of proper mentorship.
This is why this type of business builder seems to always be running at a 100 mph just to keep their check at a decent level.
The other side to this is that you want to make sure that your MLM sponsor KNOWS HOW to sponsor and create business.
Someone who is successful at what they're doing right now but not so busy that they can't give you the needed personal attention at the start of your career.
There are several areas to consider when you shop for a network marketing sponsor: 1.
It's important to connect with a network marketing sponsor who absolutely has YOUR best interests at heart.
2.
Are they coming from a recruiter's mentality or do they understand that long term success revolves around training, developing, and mentoring (sponsoring) their new business partner? 3.
Do they have a turn-key system in place already to train you and the team you build? This consideration is of crucial importance because remember although network marketing may be a business of relationships if there is no MARKETING that takes place then there are no potential business partners to build a relationship with.
4.
Are they a hands on type of sponsor? Will they hop on the phone and coach you or are they too busy all of the time? Obviously by keeping and maintaining a forward momentum you will incentivize them to devote more attention your way.
5.
Is their team culture one of cooperation, mutual support, personal growth, and team goals or is their focus on their own personal business to the detriment of others? 6.
Are they old school in their ways or are they a 21st century networker? Do they understand the role that Social Media, Article Marketing, and Forum Marketing have in your successful ability to attract others to you? 7.
Do they understand and appreciate the role that offline networking marketing has in the longevity and profitability of your business? Do they have an offline system that you can plug into? 8.
Is this person someone you like, trust, and respect? You're going to be in constant communication with your sponsor so it is important to make sure you mesh well with them.
9.
Do they study Network Marketing and participate in Personal Development? All success is derived from the proper study and application of these principles 10.
Do they have a community site that you can join and socialize with other team members? I truly hope that I have given you something to think about when choosing who will be your next network marketing sponsor.
By taking time to properly evaluate this crucial decision you can make sure that those that follow you and join your team are going to be in the most opportune position possible.
