- 1). Call your Motorola voice mail service. Press the "Contacts" or "Address Book" button and select the "Voice Mail" entry. Press the "Call" button.
- 2). Enter your password. Call the service provider for your Motorola phone if you cannot recall it.
- 3). Delete all voice mail messages. In order to access the main menu you'll be required to empty your inbox.
- 4). Select "Change Personal Options," then choose the "Greetings or Recorded Name" menu.
- 5). Select "Change Personal Greeting," then choose "Personal Greeting." Record your greeting at the tone. Disconnect the phone call to save your settings.
