MLM Home Business Opportunity - Attraction Marketing, What is it Really?
It seems like there are so many people talking about Attraction marketing for their MLM Home business opportunity these days, but what is it really? Attracting business partners, rather than going out and "hunting" them down (so to speak), is so different.
I'm going to explain with an example I'm sure you can relate to.
What if you had a web page somewhere telling people about yourself, and you had some pictures of stuff you do, like maybe you pretend to be Mick Jagger in a Rolling stones tribute band, or you love scuba diving, or love to travel, or something else completely different.
It doesn't matter what it is, so long as its unique to you.
You also have a home business and you have a little advert on the side of your page with a link to your specific business.
Now, imagine this person (lets call him mystery guy) lives way over the other side of the world from you, perhaps in Australia or Asia or Europe, or anywhere.
He is searching the internet for a new business, after building a large organization with another company, and wants to start over again (this happens sometimes for many reasons).
He has found the company he wants to join and now he's looking for a sponsor, someone he will get along with and someone he can trust and respect.
He's not interested in joining someone who's a big leader already, because he knows from past experience, that big leaders don't have much time.
This company he wants to join has one of those internet powerline systems, and he joins a couple to see if he can get to know some sponsors.
However, no-one calls him and he tries to call the owner of this particular powerline business, and write to him or her, with no response.
He looks for this persone on Google but can't find anything about them, so he can't even get to know them.
Then, he comes across your page telling people all about yourself, and he reads about you, and looks at your pictures.
He gets to know you a little just from reading and looking at the pictures of you scuba diving and singing on stage.
This guy loves the Rolling stones himself and is fascinated by the ocean, even though he's never been diving before.
You have a blog which talks about your company, but it doesn't just advertise the company, you actually talk in your "own voice" so people can get to know you.
Anyway, this guy clicks on the link to your company site, and he becomes a member under you and purchases some products.
He has a friend there with him and she joins also and buys some products.
You were away when he joined, but when you get back you call him using your voice over IP phone system (you could never build a business round the world without one of those to save you money).
Mystery guy is so pleased to hear from you, after all the other people he'd attempted to contact.
You and him build a rapport right away, and you really like him.
That night, you can't sleep because you are so excited about having someone like mystery guy join your business.
You have this feeling that he's going to do really well.
As time goes on, this mystery guy sponsors more and more people, and all of a sudden you're at the next pin level in your company.
He attracts people like a magnet into his business, and he is a real leader and loves to speak with people about having a vision, and how to attract people into their business.
Then, he and one of his leaders opens up a new country for your company.
This takes a long time, and takes some hard work and there are many challenges, but it is worth it.
When the company is launched, hundreds of people purchase the product and you move up 3 pin levels, just in that one month.
Best of all, you see all these people below you, moving up pin levels (including mystery guy of course:-) and they are making money now.
Seeing this happen is the most rewarding part of having a successful biz.
Your life changes dramatically, and you start traveling to the other side of the world, to meet up with your new business partners.
Now you can start doing more of the things you love doing, and you start attracting many other people in the same way.
This is what attraction marketing is all about.
