1Log into your eBay account and go to your "My eBay page."

Click on "Sold" under the "All Selling" category on the left side of the page if you are making a second chance offer on an auction that ended successfully. Click on "Unsold" if you are making an offer on an item that did not hit reserve price and did not sell.

Locate the auction that you want to make the offer on and click on the pull down menu in the "Action" column.

Choose "Second Chance Offer" from the menu and then click the continue button.

Select the under bidders that you wish to make second chance offers to.

Choose the duration. You have a choice between 1, 3, 5 or 7 days. This is the length of time that you want to give the under bidder to consider your second chance offer.

Write a personal message to the under bidder. It is a good idea to tell them why you are making the second chance offer.
