Step 2: Heat the water in your large pot.
Bring to a boil and add your choice of dried herbs, salt and baking powder.
Step 4: Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5: Place your large pot or a foot bath over a towel on the ground.
To soak your feet in the grass in your loan saucepan and let stand for 10 minutes or until hot enough to touch.
Step 6: Relax and enjoy! There are many different herbs available with their own unique abilities.
