  Some people hold a tradition of giving gifts on Easter. These gifts are usually not expensive gifts but instead they are small tokens of appreciation. If the recipient of the gift is religious, it is appropriate to give her a gift associated with her faith. If you decide to give an Easter gift to your girlfriend and are not used to this tradition, you might have no clue where to start. Remember that the most important thing is that you did give her a gift and not what it is.

  The most traditional gift to give someone on Easter is an Easter basket. Choose her favorite candies and treats to fill the basket. You can also hide a special present at the bottom of the basket. If you are ready to propose, this could be an adorable way to do so. If you are not at that stage, you could hide any type of gift at the bottom, or even a love note. If your girlfriend is not a fan or chocolate or sweets, or if she is an avid calorie counter and would be offended by the unhealthy present, then you can substitute something else in the basket. You could give her a coffee Easter basket, or a beauty product basket or anything else you can think of.

  If your girlfriend is religious, you can give her a gift that shows you respect or share her faith. You could give her a cross necklace, a Bible or a religious t-shirt.
