Telescopic Handler Wins Innovation Award
The new generation Bobcat TL470 7-metre telescopic handler won this "Special Innovation Award" and was recognized as innovative due to its creative design (especially of the boom,) hydraulic quick couplers, cab, engine and radiator placement which was unlike any other telescopic handler on the market.
There are only around 17 awards announced at the show so this was a great achievement for the bobcat family.
When the award was announced and the Bobcat was revealed the winner of the special innovation award, Ferenc Bátor from the dealer DM-Ker Kft. accepted the award on behalf of the entire Bobcat Company.
This made it one of the most popular exhibits of the show and it gained much attention throughout the few days it was on show there. Many people went to visit and marvel at the new piece of machinery. In fact, the show was so well attended that more than 25,000 visitors came to see the show in general over the four days that it was running, which is an increase of 25% over the past few years – a huge achievement.
The TL470 Bobcat model that won the award is part of a new generation of Bobcat telescopic handlers on offer. The range also includes the new 6-metre TL360 model,
The range offers a range of improvements to traditional bobcat machines, including enhanced features and totally new options that have not been seen before in a bobcat or excavators. Â
One of these new features includes, for example, the new patented asymmetric cab. The cab offers a view which is totally clear and unobstructed across the back of the bobcat vehicle. Not only this, but a 190 l/min load sensing pump means that you can achieve faster boom movements when on site. This makes the machine far more efficient and ideal for any worker who needs to achieve faster and swifter workload movements.
The show, overall, was a great success. It was organized by Hungexpo C. Co. Ltd., who are known as the leading exhibition company in Hungary. 2011 saw the 30th Jubilee of the show. The next AGROmashEXPO show will be held from 30th January to 2nd February 2013 so book your tickets now so you don't miss out on some of the great innovative pieces of machinery that will be revealed next year.
