- 1). Touch the green "Phone" icon at the bottom of the screen. This icon looks like a telephone handset. The on-screen phone keypad will open on the Samsung Captivate.
- 2). Touch and hold the "1" to dial your voicemail.
- 3). Enter your phone password using the on-screen keypad when prompted. If you have not changed the default password, input your telephone number without the area code.
- 4). Press "1" to listen to your first message.
- 5). Push "7" to delete the message when it finishes playing or press "9" to save the message. The next voicemail message, if you have one, will start to play.
- 6). Touch the red "End Call" icon, which looks like a phone handset, to exit from the voicemail system.
