How to Make Xmas Centerpieces With Branches
- 1). Glue the floral foam to the bottom of the clear soup bowl. Let dry.
- 2). Glue the soup bowl to the clear dinner plate. Let dry completely.
- 3). Insert the clear glass candle holder into the center of the foam. Press it down far enough that it is solid and steady.
- 4). Pour tap water slowly onto the floral foam until it is completely saturated. The branches will feed on this water.
- 5). Insert the longest branches on the outside rim of the floral foam (farthest from the candle holder). The branches should be long enough to trail to the edge of the dinner plate on all sides.
- 6). Insert the middle-size branches into the floral foam. They should be closer to the candle holder and spaced to overlap the open spaces of the outer row. This will give a fuller look.
- 7). Insert the shortest branches into the floral foam near the base of the candle holder. Trim any pieces of branch that touch the candle holder. Stagger these branches to overlap the open spaces between the branches of the second row.
- 8). Wrap floral wire around the base of the pine cones. Insert the smallest pine cones directly into the floral foam. Attach the larger pine cones to the branches trailing across the dish.
- 9). Insert some red berry sprigs into the floral foam for added color. Attach some sprigs of red berries and pears to the pine branches with floral wire.

Place a red tapered candle in the centerpiece for the final addition. Add water to the floral foam every day to keep it saturated.
