Instructions for Using a Springform Pan
- 1). Place the bottom of the pan into the groove located at the bottom edge of the metal circle.
- 2). Latch the clip on the side of the round part of the pan. Push on the bottom of the pan to make sure that it is secure.
- 3). Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Grease the sides of the pan to prevent the batter from sticking.
- 4). Form the crust in the bottom of the pan and pour the liquid part of the cheesecake into the crust.
- 5). Bake according to directions.
- 6). Unlatch the side of the pan and remove the cheesecake when it has cooled completely.
