Halloween Face Paint Ideas
- Face paint can be a lot of fun, especially at Halloween. It is a good idea to have the right application materials before you start, including sponge applicators, art brushes and cotton swabs. You should also have plenty of tissues on hand for correcting mistakes.
- Jack-o-'lanterns are supposed to scare away evil spirits, but what's scarier than a jack-o-'lantern chasing you? You will need orange and black face paint. Dolls and items such as candles are commonly seen depicting skeletons dressed in colorful clothing or decorated with colorful designs. Look for these images online or find books from which you can copy. You will need face paint in white and black. If you would like to add embellishments, use bright colors such as blue, red, green, yellow or purple. For an added touch, find a fancy hat or shawl to wear or carry a guitar or violin.
