How Do I Administer Sustanon 250?
- 1). Attach a needle to the syringe. Pull back the plunger and draw up the same amount of air as the amount of steroid you will inject. Example: If your dosage is 3cc, pull back the plunger on the syringe to fill the syringe with 3cc of air.
- 2). Clean the top of the vial with an alcohol swab. Turn the vial upside down and push the needle through the top of the vial. Inject the air into the vial and then slowly pull back the plunger and draw up the correct dosage. Place the cap back on the needle.
- 3). Change the needle if you wish. Pushing the needle into the vial can slightly dull the needle, causing more discomfort if used for the injection. A new needle will ensure a nice, sharp point.
- 4). Select the site of injection. The upper buttock is the most common site for an intra-muscular injection. To find the correct location, divide the buttock into two portions--upper and lower. Use the upper outside area for the injection.
- 5). Clean the injection site by wiping with a fresh alcohol wipe. Do not touch the cleaned area with your fingers. Hold the area around the injection site with your finger and thumb, and pull the skin taut if possible.
- 6). Hold the syringe at a 90-degree angle, and with one swift motion inject the needle. Pull back on the syringe slightly and check for blood. If you see any blood being pulled into the syringe, take the syringe out and inject in another location. Inject the Sustanon 250 slowly if you do not see any blood.
Steroids in an oil base can take longer to inject. Slow and steady pressure might be required. Use a cotton pad or ball to apply pressure to the site for a few moments.
