How to Decorate a Raspberry Cheesecake
- 1). Add 1 cup of jelly to a small saucepan and simmer over low heat to melt the raspberry jelly. You can also substitute strawberry or currant jelly if you don't have raspberry.
- 2). Pour the melted jelly into a bowl and add 2 pints of raspberries.
- 3). Stir gently using the wooden spoon to mix the two ingredients.
- 4). Pour the mixture over the cheesecake. Work carefully to keep the cheesecake looking nice. The berries should stay on the top of the cake but you can drizzle melted jelly along the sides of the cheesecake if you prefer. Serve immediately.
