Well, Just How is Wealth Created?
Years ago, in the mid-seventies, a colleague invested $100 in a bank at 5% interest.
At around the same time I invested $100 in a crashed motorcycle and broke it up and sold it off as used spares.
Engine, gearbox, tires, clutch, handlebars, levers, gas tank, seat, front wheel, rear wheel and frame.
You get the idea! I quickly made $1000, spent half the money on myself (fun!) and invested the remaining $500 in five more bikes and did the same all over again and did this many times during my first year in business and went on to make a fortune.
Meanwhile my friend picked up his $5 interest.
I just hope he didn't spend it all at once! Here's a few more tips on how to create wealth.
Create wealth by spending time and energy on making money, not just getting loans credit cards and overdrafts, like poor people do.
Create wealth by starting your own business.
This is a must.
Begin whether you are ready or not.
You can always change your course and direction at a later date if you start the wrong business.
Create wealth by developing a wealth consciousness.
Read self-help and investment books.
Get your brain working on both hemispheres.
This is crucial.
People who create wealth know how to dream big! Keep pulling wealthy images into your brain, (like a money magnet) stop pushing them away.
Create wealth by building a property portfolio.
Once of the best times to do this is during a recession when prices are depressed, but rents are high.
Start by renting a room in your own home to get the hang of rental industry.
Many property people started like this.
Build wealth by massively increasing your creativity.
Those who create wealth tend to be highly creative.
Do this by thinking in pictures as much as you do in words.
Build wealth by thinking in terms of how can I serve? What products can I invent? What can I sell? What can I do to make money? Most folk concentrate on what they want to spend money on.
Those who create wealth give a lot of thought and energy to the subject! Build wealth by getting into action.
Procrastination will only lead to poverty.
If you want to create wealth you must spring into action whether you are ready or not.
The time will never ever be right.
So start now! Action is the key to the brains ignition.
Once you start your money making project, the ideas will flow as to how you can make it happen...
but you must start first!
