Accepting Help However competent a parent is, they should always accept help when offered.
Having your babies essentials properly organised in one bag means that other people can carry the bag, or can get things from the bag for you.
Trust me that people do not want to rummage in a baby bag if they are not sure exactly what they may find in there! Coping On Bad Days There are no avoiding bad days.
When parents have had no sleep or baby is cranky, the world can be a terrible place.
These are the days when you feel physically weak and everything is hard.
