- 1). Enter the car with your gate remote and press and hold the two outer buttons on your HomeLink onboard system.
- 2). Hold for about 20 seconds and release the buttons once the LED light on the system begins blinking.
- 3). Turn your key in your ignition to the "Acc" position.
- 4). Hold your gate remote three inches from the onboard system and press and hold the button you wish to program on your onboard system.
- 5). Repeatedly press the open button on your remote every two seconds until the LED light on the system begins flashing more rapidly. Release the button on your onboard system.
- 6). Press and hold the button you just programmed on the onboard system again until the LED light glows solid.
