MLM Compensation Plans: They Aren"t All the Same

When choosing an MLM business opportunity, one of the most critical factors to deciding on one opportunity is the compensation plan.
MLM compensation plans are very different, some allowing you to make a part-time fortune, while others will give you nickels and pennies for your efforts, making your chances to make a fortune with their opportunity very slim.
These two factors that should be your basis of your compensation evaluation process, allowing you to see if that opportunity will allow you to build that true part-time fortune you are aiming for.
Factor 1: Commission Evaluation MLM compensation plans are mainly built off of commissions.
Commission rates are usually structured by "levels" allowing you to make a certain commission percentage of products/services sold at each level within your downline.
In all of the compensation plans I have seen (and I can't see a reason why it would work the opposite way), the commission rates will drop gradually as you work your way down the "levels.
" When it comes commission rates, you want to make sure that these rates are high enough where you are going to make enough money off the products/services you and your downline to make it worth your while to market their products and business opportunity.
Look at these commission rates, and ask yourself, "will these get me to my goal, and make my investment of time worth while?" Factor 2: Bonuses, Bonuses,Bonuses Bonuses are an essential part of MLM compensation that you should always have to work for, giving you those goals to take your business to the next level.
Within most every MLM opportunity, there are ranks that you work up to.
With regards to these ranks, many companies have bonuses of kinds that you can receive when you reach those ranks.
Make sure that there are bonuses of sorts that will allow you to have those goals to work towards, which will incentivize and make your journey up the ranks worth while.
Other bonuses that you want to look for are those which will incentivize certain activities in your downline (such as getting customers) and give them something to work toward with you.
From this information, take these two factors into consideration very heavily when you are reviewing your MLM compensation plans.
Your compensation is, in the end, what is going to either get you to your goals, or send you into a detour because you find out later on that you will need to find another MLM opportunity in order to get back on that track to success.
