The markets being open 24 hours can also be seen as a disadvantage, some may find it addicting and with no real "closing bell" it can become an obsession.

Investing with simulators is a great way to help prevent losses from early mistakes. After a few weeks you should have a good handle on it and begin investing real money. While there are many strategies out there, only you can decide which ones you are comfortable with.
