Make them a gift basket which combines some of their favorite things. For example, some bosses love to drink coffee. Gift them with a new coffee mug and a few samples of different types of coffee. Another boss might like candles. Put together a basket of different sizes and shapes of candles in various scents. The price can be controlled based on your choices. However, items from a local dollar store could easily be purchased for under $10.
