When AVA & ViV launched their spring plus size clothing line they received feedback from the fashionable bloggers; Garnerstyle (http://garnerstyle.blogspot.com/), Gabifresh (http://gabifresh.com/) and Nicolette Mason (http://www.nicolettemason.com/).  These ladies shared with the designer their thoughts and comments that their readers gave them.  This helped to say what worked, what didn’t work and how they can improve the clothing line.

  The designer really listened and now Target’s fall AVA & ViV collection has a tone of new looks for the plus size women!  The best part about the new fall looks is that all three bloggers went to headquarters to give input on the collection this time around. They were allowed to preview the entire collection and style some of the looks for the upcoming fall.  Chastity, Gabi and Nicolette worked in helping the Target team with ideas of tops, bottoms, cozy outwear and much more. I can’t wait to fall back in love with prints, flannels, skirts, and denim jackets.

I love the new looks that were incorporated in the collection especially the flannels.  It is important that the world knows that we may have a little extra than most but we are still sexy and fashionable plus size women that will continue to have a voice when it comes to our clothing.  Many times we are forgotten and it makes me so proud to see these 3 stylish bloggers speaking up for us.  It amazes me that they all have different styles but have the same goal for us.

Target sent all 3 bloggers clothing and let them choose their favorites to style and shoot a fall look book for themselves. Since they got the opportunity to style their favorite clothing pieces from the collection, I chose my top three looks for each. Let’s take a look at my favorite looks.

Chastity shows me how to walk into work and walk out to happy hour.  I love how she styled all her pieces.  She gave me life with her looks.   She does three fabulous “work chic” looks. 

If you’re going shopping, running weekend errands, or grabbing coffee Gabifresh’s looks gives you “causal fun”.  The way she styled herself really showed me that you can look cute while being on the go.

Whether your date is scheduled for afternoon or even Nicolette showed you how to dress for it.  These are the 3 looks that I call “date life”.

AVA & VIV really out did themselves with this fall collection.  They showed plus size women that you can dress in beautiful prints, cute dresses to flannels, silhouettes and even a cute yoga outfit!  The fall collection is in stores/online now (http://www.target.com/).
