How I Got Over My Weed Addiction

I want to start by saying that if I can do it, you can do it.
I've known many smokers in my time and I can tell they all have one thing in common.
They all have negative effects from Weed.
I used to know many people who had just started smoking Weed and can remember how sweet and innocent they used to be.
I see them now and they either have no job or no life in general, they are not the people they were before Weed.
I was one of those people, badly effected by Weed I was depressed, anxious, had low confidence and I didn't have any friends.
Before the Weed I was a Carpenter with a bright future, I was confident, I loved my job, I loved my life and most importantly I was very happy.
It took about five years for me to realize that it was the Weed that was causing all the negativity in my life.
Everything was because of the Weed, I put this theory to the test when I quit Weed and it was true! My life changed almost instantly! Straight away I noticed how my head was much clearer, then I noticed how much money I was saving.
But it didn't stop there! I began to deal with my problems and actually do things where before I would try to ignore them or put them off by saying "I'll do it later.
" After eight years of smoking Weed this is how my life had changed after just six months.
When Smoking Weed: - Depression - Anxiety - Stress - Lack of confidence (More like no confidence) - Lack of energy - Confusion - Overwhelmed - Unsocial (I was the definition of unsocial) - Tired - Terrible memory - In debt - Boredom Three months after quitting: - Happier than I've been for years - Confident in myself (not over confidence) - Focused - Energetic - I got a job - I began to get out of debt - I hooked up with some old non-smoking friends - Memory improved a lot - Dealing with problems like they are nothing - I could actually afford things - I started going to the gym and going to Martial Arts Even to this day my life is improving all the time but to be honest with you, my life is great how it is! I've turned my life around and it was easier than I thought it would be.
If I can do it, you certainly can.
But will you? Not unless you take action and quit.
I have to tell you though, it could be the best decision of your life.
