This situation is very painful when the cyst bursts.
Most of the hemorrhagic cysts do not require any type of treatment, as they shrink and disappear in a few months on their own.
Even if they burst, then in many cases it resolves without any type of surgery.
But some of these cases need surgical treatment.
Women those do not require any treatment may feel pain for few months and after that the problem resolves automatically.
The women those experience bleeding due to the ovarian cyst should not have to worry about ovarian cancer, as cancerous cysts do not release blood.
So, hemorrhagic ovarian cysts are very common in women, but not to worry as in most of the cases it disappears in few months on their own.
