When added all together, this can equal a lot of stress.

In this article, we will take you through 3 steps to achieving a less stressful life as a working mom.
Step 1: Every day make sure to take some time to pray or meditate.
It can be a few minutes or a half an hour; It can be before work or after the family has gone to bed at night.
The time does not matter as much as the action of doing it.
Make sure during this time, you take a minute to be thankful for all the blessings in your life, despite any hardships.
It has been shown that the more gratitude one expresses, the happier and more fulfilled one feels.
Step 2: Make sure sometime during the day you make time for your family.
Make this quality time where relationships can be strengthened and bonds can be built.
Take this time to find out about your children.
Find out about their hopes and dreams, their fears and frustrations, and genuinely show that you care.
Take time to tell your spouse how much they mean to you.
This will help keep or bring the family close and the ties strong.
Step 3: Make sure you fit in quality YOU time.
Schedule it in if you have to.
Set aside a set amount of time where you can unwind.
Take a bubble bath.
Read a book, exercise, or bake a cake.
Do something you enjoy.
What you do doesn't matter as long as it lets your mind relax and helps you to unwind from the day.
Mothers are very important.
They are very influential people, especially to their families.
It is essential for happiness that they operate as their best self.
