Credit Card Debt and Fico Scores Are Just Computerized Numbers That Mean Nothing to the Informed
Make the people controlling the entries delete them for you or face legal consequences for not following the law.
You don't need to be a hacker or know anything about the Internet to have these numbers removed but you must learn how to legally demand these entries be deleted by those who put them there illegally in cyber land.
Every credit card company and credit reporting agency is operating totally outside the laws of the United States! Nobody worries about cards and scores until they are unable to pay or are turned down for something requiring a FICO score but when that time comes everybody "wishes" they were just computer entries that could be deleted! Today you're in luck because there really is a magic button and you can force the number creators to remove them or pay some serious fines! You run across terminology like just-released, hot new way, consolidate your way out, settle for 50% and the age old bankruptcy which all beat around the delete button but don't ever hit it.
Instead, it's just more of the ridiculous keep paying the card and continue disputing your credit scores routine that doesn't delete anything.
You end up with more computer entries and more headaches instead of less.
In order to get others to hit the delete button for you, you'll need to do something extremely painful, time-consuming and to be quite honest, traumatic.
So what is it that's going to stir up your gray matter and make you different? A history lesson! It's like Bill Clinton in a room full of interns; life changing history.
If you're ready to take a leap of faith then Google the term "the gig is up - money the Federal Reserve and you" which will assemble all those bits and pieces of history you remember into a huge delete button for card debt and then download the PDF version of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and read section 609 carefully.
When you stop paying on a card account Uncle Sam hits the delete button for you by rule of law.
Six months of non-payment and nothing exists except your old account information because the account is written off, closed and the money vanishes back into thin air where it came from.
It's a legal delete button! Now the Fair Credit Reporting Act says in section 609, the reporting company must have legal proof that what they are reporting is true.
It never happens! These reporting companies take information from some lender, put it on your credit report and never have verifiable information! You simply write a letter giving them choices of providing legal proof, hit the delete button or pay the fine and it's their choice.
Now you know card debt and credit scores operate openly in cyberspace but illegally under law.
By using your constitutional rights plus the rule of law you can have the delete button pushed for you.
Say what? Is there a delete button for debt collectors? Absolutely! It's the easiest button you will ever push!
