    • 1). Chop the chocolate into fine pieces and place the pieces into a large, stainless steel mixing bowl.

    • 2). Place the heavy cream and the butter in a sauce pan over medium-high heat on the stove. Stir the mixture until it is simmering.

    • 3). Remove from the heat and pour the butter-cream mixture over the chopped chocolate.

    • 4). Stir the chocolate mixture with a silicone spatula until it is fully melted.

    • 5). Drizzle the ganache over the dessert of your choice.
