While it is true that men are trying to nip and tuck themselves into looking younger, this sickness seems to be pervasive among aging women.
And yet, each treatment only sends these women down the rat hole of no esteem, expensive and sometimes dangerous treatments and loss of longevity.
Why not instead live a healthy life? Do you really think outward treatments increase your self esteem.
They in fact make you more insecure.
Here are tips on how to age gracefully.
1.
Get involved in doing some good to the community.
It won't matter how you look when people look up to you because of what you do, not how you look.

Spend on elegant clothes.
Clothes tell you a lot about yourself.
If you are fifty, dress like you are fifty, not thirty.
3.
Be confident in who you are and your own worth.
The way you interact with men and women, no matter of what age, will distinguish you a lot more than a bucketful of botox.

Have you seen how an aging comedienne looks today after several treatments? Like Dracula's bride.
She even jokes about her not feeling her smile.
Is that how you want to go around the world, like a burnt mannequin? So improve your inner beauty by getting involved with charity, with society, by mentoring others, and by being confident about yourself.
5.
If you are an actress and feel you have to be in the rat race, get off.
Tell your agent you are ready to accept elderly roles, and align your acting ability to suit your age and new role.
6.
Many women feel their husbands will desert them for younger women.
This probably happens in a minority of cases, but having counseled many couples, I can tell you the root cause of a man's midlife crisis is not outward beauty, but lack of companionship and mutuality of interests with his wife.
So be a true friend and companion to your husband.
He will stick to you like bee on a flower.
Remember, inner worth does not need botox.
It is spontaneous and touches everyone you meet.
