Account Settings

• 1). Touch "Applications" from the Motorola Droid's standby screen, then touch "Email."
  
  
• 2). Press "Menu," then touch "Account Settings."
  
  
• 3). Review the server settings for the email account. Your email provider can provide you with the settings for your account.
  
  
• 4). Change the server settings if they are incorrect.
  
  

System Updates

• 1). Press "Menu" from the Motorola Droid home screen, then touch "Settings."
  
  
• 2). Touch "About Phone," then touch "System Updates."
  
  
• 3). Touch "Restart and Install" and wait for your phone to restart.
  
  

Delete/Add Email Account

• 1). Touch "Applications" from the Motorola Droid phone's home screen, then touch "Email."
  
  
• 2). Press "Menu," then touch "Accounts."
  
  
• 3). Touch and hold the email account, then touch "Remove Account."
  
  
• 4). Touch "Email" again, then enter the email account's address and password in the indicated fields. Touch "Next."
  
  
• 5). Enter the email account's details, including your display name and server settings. Ensure the settings you enter are correct before saving the email account to your phone once again.
