- 1). Double-click on the image file you want to convert into a .ICO file to open it in Adobe Photoshop.
- 2). Click the "File" menu at the top of Photoshop.
- 3). Click "Save As."
- 4). Select "All Files" from the "File Type" menu.
- 5). Add a ".ico" to the file name in the "File Name" portion of the window on-screen. Click "Save" to save the image file as a .ICO file on your computer.
