- 1). Turn the Waterpik off and unplug the unit. Removing the tip with the unit on may cause water to spray everywhere.
- 2). Hold the irrigation wand upright between your thumb and forefinger. Avoid touching the irrigation button. Depress the release button near the top of the wand.
- 3). Grab the tip with your other hand. Pull the tip straight up out of the wand.
