• With its spacious deck and rooftop bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, you may want to visit Coconut Joe's just for the scenery. The bar and restaurant have been open since 1997, and they offer a wide selection of beer, wine and mixed drinks, such as pina coladas and margaritas. • The Windjammer, founded in 1972, is a beach club, bar and restaurant rolled into one, and it is one of the longest-operating bars in Isle of Palms. Located right on the beach, The Windjammer offers activities year-round, including live music, volleyball and an annual bikini bash.
