• The Atlantic Brewing Company is rather unique in that it brews not only its own beer, but it makes its own sodas, as well. This company is open for tours during the summer season from Memorial Day to Columbus Day, and free tours are given in the afternoon.The gift shop offers free samples of all the beer, as well as all the soda. The Knox Road Grille is a connected restaurant that offers wings, ribs, steak, hamburger, and other meals as well as every Atlantic Brewing Company beer on tap.

Bar Harbor Brewing Company

• The Bar Harbor Brewing Company was the town's first microbrewery, and the staff concentrates on quality over quantity as only 260 barrels of "bottle quality" beer is brewed every year. Some of the specialty beers include True Blue blueberry beer, Cadillac Mountain stout and a couple of ales. The Brewing Room is a place where samples of all the beers can be tried, and access is allowed into the Pilot Room which shows the original equipment first used to start the brewery.

Maine Coast Brewing Company

• Maine Coast Brewing Company is attached to the hips to the Jack Russel's Steakhouse and Brewery. The beers produced at the Maine Coast Brewing Company are sold at the restaurant. Tours are available by arrangement while the steakhouse is open for walk in business. The three main beers brewed by this company are the Eden Porter, Black Irish Style Stout and the Wild Blueberry Ale.
