You Must Have The Correct Mindset in Order to Achieve Your Fitness Goals
One of the things in today's culture that a lot of people don'trealize is in order to have success with ANYTHING ((not just your health and fitness goals) you must have the correct thoughts going through your head and what you think about you are DRAWING MORE OF THAT TO YOU.
Let me explain:We've all woken up in the morning, stubbed are toe, then ran into traffic on the way to work and then finished that off by are boss ripping us a new one because we're late right? Yes! Because you ARE THINKING ABOUT what you don't want rather then thinking about what you do want.
This is called the law of attraction.
I'm going to sum up the Law of Attraction in one fraise "like attracts like" get it? If you get off to a bad start in the morning and start thinking negative thoughts, getting ticked off at the other drivers, complaining, you are only going to draw more of that to you..
You're drawing more negative thoughts and events to yourself.
And it goes for positive thinking also.
Now I'm not one of those self help junkies saying "think positive" or "look on the bright side".
I'm saying thinking correctly the way successful people think versus thinking the wrong way and being another victim in the crowd who never accomplishes they're goals.
So how can you apply this to your health and fitness goals you ask? Well first if you're wanting to lose wait, get ripped, etc you want to get clear on what you want first.
If you want to lose wait ask yourself "what would my body look like and how would I feel if this was a reality?" then FEEL as if it already was, as if you already had that.
If you want to get ripped, find someone's body you like and see yourself with that body and FEEL the emotions as if you already had that great body and ACT as if you already had that body.
It's not enough to just get up and go to the gym 3-4 times a week.
If you're thinking the whole time "oh this hurts, I'm tired, my muscles are sore, etc" it's going to be a miserable experience for you the whole time every time.
But if you get up thinking about that wonderful body you're creating today and keep thinking about the scale reading lesser and lesser pounds each time you step on it you're going to feel a lot more motivated to get up off your butt and get to the gym.
I've learned about this great discovery in the amazing read "The Secret".
